MemberMax: Conferences

MemberMax offers many advanced conference management capabilities, including:

Passes | Packages

Define passes (badge types) for your event and then register individuals for a pass. In addition, you can "bundle" items with your passes - so that when someone purchases the pass, they automatically receive the bundled items.

Multiple Fees

With MemberMax, you can define an unlimited number of fees for passes, events or any other items that you sell. In addition, the conference setup allows for an "early bird," "Advanced," and "on-site" date setting; this allows you to offer different price breaks depending on when the individual registers in relation to the conference start date.

Sessions | Events

Create sessions (e.g. events) for your conference with capacity settings and waiting list management capabilities. The events module allows you to offer free events or charged events.

Speaker Tracking

For each event you can track an unlimited number of speakers. Track abstract information/submission, speaker needs, rate speakers and more.


Easily add dues to a registration with automatic recalculation of fees.


Full Web Integration

With MemberMax, you can "publish" your conference to the web with the click of a button. Take registrations for multiple conferences simultaneously. Each conference "detail" web page is derived from a template. You have complete control over the content of the conference detail page; for example, you could show links to local restaurants, hotel information, images for each conference.

Web registrations are saved directly into the database. Depending on the status of the registrant and/or contents of the registration, it will either flow all the way into the order system OR is presented in a "Web Review" area for staff to verify.
